!!IMPORTANT!!

From February 7th, 2022, the exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.

The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.

*For safety purposes, the pool will be closed from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, open from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The pool closure is planned until June 2022 as of now.

*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4″ for ventilation purposes. Begin in June, Complete in October, 2022 (Subject to change). They will be returned to full operation when the work is done. This is for safety purposes.
