Since we have obtained a special permit for short-term rental business from the Island Colony Joint Management Association, it is a vacation rental room that allows short-term stays (less than 30 nights), which is unusual for condominiums other than hotel rooms!

Equipped with 50-inch TV, free WiFi, dining table for 4 people, 2 sofa beds, and a ceiling fan.

In the kitchen, you can enjoy Hawaiian life without any inconvenience, such as rice cookers, coffee machines, electronic stoves, cooking utensils, as well as tableware, even for short-term and long-term stays.

You can find a rainbow by looking at the nature of Hawaii while relaxing on the sofa.

The shower room is made of clear glass with a luxurious feel, and the toilet has a nice washlet! !!

The bedrooms are coordinated in antique white and deep midnight blue, with a special king-size bed for a relaxing night’s sleep. The dresser can also store plenty of wardrobe during your stay.

With pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities, children and adults alike can enjoy.

There is a public bicycle BIKI around the condo. If you get to Hawaii, you can go to Ala Moana by bicycle, or if you’re out for a while, there’s a bus stop nearby!

Although it is a popular condominium in the center of Waikiki with good access, you can stay at a reasonable price compared to the surrounding hotels! Moreover, since the condominium joint management association has approved a special business permit, the room is capable of short-term accommodation (from two days).
